Neal has been in the advertising industry since 1978 when he founded Prime Communications-an automotive advertising agency and printing company. Since then, Neal has started several other successful companies including Prime Publishing Company, Primenetix Corporation and Cablecars.com, which changed the way consumers purchase cars. Neal also volunteers at the Tufts Medical Center Floating Hospital for Children where he performs as Bagels the Clown and entertains the children with his balloon sculpting talents and warm sense of humor.

Chad has been producing award winning work for the past 10 years. Within the interactive space, he has helped brand and position companies such as Vermont Pure and Crystal Rock, karboodle.com, Yale Appliance and Lighting and the Herb Chambers Companies. Chad has built reputations and communities for many companies through social media and continues to help define what online branding means to all of our clients.

Jesse leads the Interactive & Web Department and oversees the design and development of all of our web projects. Jesse is passionate about standards, social media, SEO and pretty much anything online. Jesse is currently excited about HTML 5 and CSS3 and can't wait to see how we can develop these technologies for the future. When Jesse isn't working on Neal Adv projects, he's a Professor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Jesse has contributed to the Web Designers Idea Book V2 and can be seen speaking at professional gatherings and conferences like FOWD 2010.

Derek heads up our Digital Art Department. He has produced award winning work for brands such as Reebok, Monster, Orbitz, GM, Titlest and National Grid just to name a few. Derek continues to push what is possible on a development level to make his creative vision possible.

Shelby has been working in the design and marketing field for over 12 years. A Connecticut native that was born to rock, Shelby can often be found building award-winning designs for print and web. Give her a concept and she will turn into reality… time and time again.

Born and raised in the Garden State, Bobby comes to Neal Advertising after a brief stint in the world of intercollegiate sports marketing and promotions. He works closely with our clients to ensure they are receiving the highest quality of work possible and that all of their advertising and interactive needs are being fulfilled.
