Assistant Account Executives
You need to be self-motivated, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication skills. The ability to multi-task is not negotiable. You need to work well under tight deadlines and strong follow-up skills are also a must. Google Adwords experience and knowledge of Interactive media are pluses. Automotive advertising experience is a double plus.
Graphic Designers
This position requires excellent layout skills, a sharp eye for design, mind-blowing use of typography and the patience and attention to detail needed to work on the production and maintenance of our print ads. We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of print design/production experience. You must be an experienced with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Acrobat. Working knowledge of Flash is a plus and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is not needed but would be a MEGA PLUS!
Web Designers
Experience designing websites, landing pages, microsites are all a must. You must have a clear grasp of user interface design, web layouts and standard design practices. The ability to design for emotion and use graphical elements, fonts and color to convey a powerful message is required. A understanding of web design and web architecture and the functionality of html and css is important so you can better design these sites.
Front End Developers and Developers
Front End Developers need to have an unparalleled ability to take a design and convert it to a functioning, working, optimized and cross browser compatible layout. You should be an advocate for standards as well. You’re html, css and javascript abilities need to be strong. You should be aware of common css methods including css resets or frameworks. A knowledge of html5 and css3 is a huge plus as well.

Interns
We are always looking for interns to support the efforts of our team. All of the above positions have internship roles as well. You will be entrenched in an agency atmosphere working hard on projects. Our interns aren’t coffee runners and copy machine engineers. Instead you’ll be working hard with our team to complete real tasks and support our clients.
